A fun bubbly energetic professional chef with vast knowledge and skills in all sections of the kitchen and a large pastry background. My love and passion for food and colour was inspired by my travels around the world where i was exposed to different cultures and their food and the need and flare to be able to add my own personality to the dishes and or recreate signature dishes for the rest of the world ro experience.
