The Chef industry has always been part of me.
From watching my Gran cook and seeing my Mum produce her meals made me who I am today.
17 years later I have experienced various departments within hospitality, and I have always taken part in the heart of the industry, The Kitchen.
I have travelled to the northern parts of Africa to experience the proper African cuisine and brought it to South Africa with our touch of spice.
