I'm a qualified Chef NQF6 with experience working in a hotel, lodge, bakery and hospitality teaching and training. Can do outdoor catering for functions including camping. I worked a chef de partie at a 4 star hotel responsible for buffet menu and a la carte. I worked as a breakfast night chef preparing full English breakfast and continental. I worked at a safari lodge doing booking for hunters preparing meals for them. Bakery experience includes pastry and making pies
