I am a Fine dining chef with a background of authentic cooking, food that creates an experience and filled with South African heritage. I breathe food

Cooking is my whole life. I am all about sustainability. It takes minimum of 3 months to grow a sweet potato so I believe a simple essence of pimento, thyme or/ and rosemary is enough to enhance the vegetables. My style of cooking mostly stem from bringing excitement to vegetables while treating meat with utmost respect.
