My culinary journey has taken me across continents, allowing me to master global flavors and fuse them into fresh, modern dishes that are as nourishing as they are memorable. Trained at the prestigious Mohr Culinary Institute in the USA, I combine classical technique with contemporary flair—whether it’s a Mediterranean-inspired seafood course, Asian-fusion tasting menu, or plant-forward wellness plates.
