Zanele Rowley is a professionally trained Chef and Pastry Chef with 4 years of experience in fine dining, patisserie, and culinary innovation. A graduate of Capscicum Culinary Studio. I’ve worked in some of the industry’s most dynamic kitchens, from fine dining restaurants, boutique patisseries, to hotels and catering companies.
My philosophy is simple: food should tell a story. Whether I’m perfecting a plated dessert or crafting a seasonal tasting menu, my goal is to make every bite an experience to remember.
Driven by creativity and precision, im dedicated to transforming quality ingredients into artful culinary experiences that delight both the eye and the palate. When not in the kitchen I enjoy mentoring aspiring chefs and exploring global food cultures for inspiration.
