I’m a 24-year-old chef from Costa Rica with a lifelong passion for cooking. Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved creating memorable dining experiences through food. I specialize in Japanese cuisine, including sushi rolls, nigiri, and ramen, while also preparing authentic traditional Costa Rican dishes. In addition, I have experience cooking a wide variety of dishes from different countries and cuisines around the world. I take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients, refined techniques, and great attention to detail. Every plate I serve reflects my dedication, creativity, and love for the culinary arts.
