With over 12 years of experience as a Head Chef in Parisian restaurants, I have had the opportunity to work in Michelin-starred establishments, prestigious Parisian luxury houses, and a renowned French-Japanese restaurant.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong knowledge of cuisines from around the world and a great ability to adapt to different culinary styles, products, and environments. I am passionate about creating food that is both refined and generous, with a constant focus on flavor, balance, and quality.
Curious, adaptable, and deeply passionate about my craft, I can cook across a wide range of cuisines while always bringing my own touch and, above all, putting taste at the heart of everything I do.
