Specializing in French-Italian cuisine, I seek to provide happiness through taste and service in each of my dishes.
I am the son of a restaurateur and I have dedicated nearly 10 years of my life to the restaurant industry, both academically and professionally. I have worked in all the professions that this sector can entail, from the kitchen to the dining room and the bar. Today my job is in finance, but cooking remains a driving force in life and a source of happiness. Seeing someone's joy blossom around a dish I have prepared and a convivial meal is an absolute reward for me.
