Im a passionate chef that love cooking and enjoys sharing with others my heritage in my dishes.
I am a professional chef with 10 years working in kitchens, I have a bachelor´s degree in Culinary Arts by the Instituto Culinario de México. I been representing my country in many international competitions. I started to work since im 17 years old, this help me to improve all my culinary techniques and my vision to my future as a chef.
