Chef Rouba Assaf

We had an amazing experience with help of chef Rouba at our celebrationdinner - staying with family at a castle just outside Beauvais. Delicous food presented in a modern way. Rouba is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend hiring her as a private chef.

Chef Rouba was fantastic. Her food was delicious and she cooked with such passion and pride. We had dietary requirements and this was not a problem for her at all. It is people first to make any menu great. Chef Rouba was engaging, ready for all personalities, made an excellent meal and left no doubt the future meals would be again, exceptional. Looking forward to the next meal!

Chef Rouba made us several incredible breakfasts including both transitional French and Lebanese. Each was unique and delicious. Rouba was also very friendly, took fantastic care of the kitchen and made our experience wonderful.

Chef Rhouba was amazing! She presented wonderful dishes and was so accommodating with dietary restrictions. We had some unplanned issues unrelated to her and she was so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and each dish had an interesting story. Would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Chef Alex Kors was amazing! He came 4 hours early to prep and start the most amazing reduction sauce we have ever experienced. He is extremely passionate about food and extremely generous with his vast knowledge. I highly recommend!

La chef Rouba nous a fait découvrir sa cuisine savoureuse et généreuse, toujours avec le sourire et en s'adaptant à notre rythme. Nous nous sommes régalés! Une expérience culinaire à partager pour un excellent moment en famille ou entre amis.

We gave Rouba the impossible task to prepare a private dinner party for 35 people with less than 36 hours notice. She was crazy enough to accept the challenge and we did not regret it for a second. She put together a fantastically varied menu in less than an hour and after chatting with us. She immediately understood what we wanted and could adapt the menu very swiftly. She made a mix of bite sized appetisers and a selection of mains and salads as well as a few desserts. When she arrived at home a few hours before the party there was not one minute she did not smile. With her good vibes and her amazing talent she stole the show. Rouba is very creative, always finds a solution (and there were certainly many challenges that night) and most importantly cooks divinely. Every dish was delicious, perfectly seasoned and well presented. The perfect mix between gourmet and homemade food. We were lucky to have found her and will definitely use her again. Thank you Rouba for contributing to our party and making it such a success.

Rouba is attentive, friendly and has a special talent for cooking. She was flexible in the menu selection and came to the event very well prepared. She cooked different Mediterranean dishes for my girlfriend's birthday and everyone was unanimous that the food was delicious. I totally recommend her!

Le diner était très copieux avec un fil conducteur: la menthe en petite touche qui apportait de la fraicheur. Après 2 amuses bouches et 2 entrées nous étions repus! La chef a adapté les portions des plats afin de pouvoir tout de même gouter ses préparations. Les restes et les desserts ont été mis au frigidaire pour plus tard. La cuisine du chef est classique avec quelques ingrédients sophistiqués ou travaillés différemment. Cela permet d'avoir une explosion de saveur et de texture sur une base connue. C'est assez agréable car on s'amuse à deviner l'ingrédient mystère. Tous les produits étaient de très belle qualité, les plats étaient gourmands et généreux. Je garde un excellent souvenir de ce diner et de l'échange avec la chef. Je la recommanderai à mes amis. J'envisage prochainement de faire appel au chef de nouveau pour un diner libanais cette fois-ci. C'est très agréable de déguster à la maison un diner préparé par un chef car car nous avons tout le service d'un restaurant ainsi que le calme et l'intimité de votre salon. La cuisine était plus propre à son départ qu'à son arrivée!!!!
