" I am a chef who cooks emotion "

I am a professional chef with 14 years of experience in gastronomy. I was educated in Croatia where I completed all the highest levels of chef training.

From 2011,my professional journey began in Varaždin until 2013,when I am going to work and receive training in Germany and Austria. I have worked in the best restaurants and hotels with the top chefs,some of whom were Michelin star holders. Over the years,I advanced to the position of head chef in several top hotels and restaurants until 2020.

Since 2021,I have been working as the head chef at Restaurant Fakin,which,just five months after opening,was awarded two toques by Gault Millau,and only a month leather,received two golden forks from Falstaff. The crown of my career came in 2024 when the restaurant was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand.
