I graduated from the hospitality school in Dubrovnik and built my career in prestigious hotels and restaurants throughout Dubrovnik. With years of experience in kitchen management, I currently work as the Executive Sous Chef at the Sheraton Dubrovnik Hotel, part of the Marriott group. Over the years, I have developed my culinary skills, and a key moment was my internship at De Librije in Zwolle, awarded three Michelin stars, where I gained invaluable experience working with a top-notch team. My passion for cooking is evident in my daily creation of innovative dishes and leading the team toward excellence.
