Born and raised in Samobor, Croatia. I have been a professional chef for 23 yr. Trained at famous restaurants in London and with chef Tom Aikens. Worked in Singapore and Canada. Former head chef at Sherry's Wines and bites, bistro St.Michael,, head chef @Duck Bistro, currently executive chef at Restaurant Funduš in Samobor.
