Born and raised in Samobor, Croatia. I have been a professional chef for 20 yr. Trained at famous Gordon Ramsay restaurants and with chef Tom Aikens. Worked in Singapore and Canada. Former head chef at Sherry's Wines and bites, bistro St.Michael,, head chef @Duck Bistro, currently executive chef Hotel Garden Hill.
