Chef Marko was amazing!!! Marko created an 5 star+ dinner menu and overall dining experience for a very special wedding anniversary celebration at our villa. Marko communicated with us constantly in advance of our event to ensure our every request was made part of the final experience. Chef Marko's menu was beyond our wildest expectations and the quality and amount of food presented was impeccable. Marko took the time to explain every dish, the history and it's connection to him and Croatia. He was very engaging and entertaining the entire evening and we felt like he was one of our best friends. We were able to eat at many of high end restaurants in Dubrovnik, and each of them were impressive, but having Marko host a very special dinner for our family at our villa was by far our best evening. I can't recommend Chef Marko enough and only wish he was closer to our home so he could dine with him more often, but next time we are in Croatia, Chef Marko will be the 1st one I call for another amazing dining event.
