Chef, TV finalist & Private Chef creating refined Croatian and Mediterranean dining experiences in villas, yachts and private events.
I’m Chef Vehid Saldic, a Croatian-based private chef with over 9 years of international culinary experience across fine dining, luxury hospitality, catering and private events.
As a finalist of Hell’s Kitchen Croatia and an experienced competition chef, I bring discipline, creativity and precision to every kitchen I work in.
My cuisine combines Croatian and Mediterranean traditions with modern techniques and selected international influences. I focus on fresh seasonal ingredients, bold but balanced flavors and elegant presentation, creating menus tailored to each guest, occasion and destination.
From intimate dinners and villa experiences to yachts, celebrations and private events, my goal is simple: to create memorable dining experiences that feel personal, effortless and genuinely special.
