I’m Chef Vehid Saldic, a chef and entrepreneur based in Croatia, focused on creating modern, flavorful food that people actually want to eat every day.
I’m also known as a TV chef, as a finalist on Hell’s Kitchen Croatia, along with being a multiple competition winner, which helped shape my discipline, speed, and creativity in the kitchen.
My style is a mix of different influences – from Asian cuisine to Mediterranean and modern comfort food. I like keeping things simple but well thought out, with strong flavors, clean presentation, and good balance in every dish.
Over the years, I’ve built several food concepts, from restaurant operations to catering and private chef services. I’m always looking at how to make food not just taste good, but also work as a business – scalable, efficient, and adapted to real market needs.
I work a lot with office catering, daily meals, and tailored menus for different types of clients, always with the same goal: consistent quality and a great overall experience.
For me, food is not just about cooking – it’s about creating something people come back to.
