Mine is a contemporary kitchen that begins in tradition, with the strenght of the classic basements and a close eye on modern contaminations.
Born in Perugia in 1981, i grew up in a family with strong values and love for good food.
these passion made me choose to follow my study carreer at Alberghiero di Assisi Hotellerie School, and right after that to begin my professional growth. I have had experiences both in Italy and abroad, as well as internships in Michelin starred restaurants in Piedmont and Liguria.
I have been the Executive Chef for popular five stars hotels and prestigious restaurants, always mentioned in the most important restaurant guides, such as Michelin, Espresso, Identità Golose and Gambero Rosso.
This path brought me to meet several passionate and professional companions with whom i share my passion not only for cooking, but also for any other aspect of the service, which could easily adapt to any kind of request, may it be casual, formal or business oriented.
This is why we decided to merge our knowledge and experiences in order to offer a 360° experiences, not only in the plate (with the best ingredients with an eye for the aesthetic), but also concerning the best wine pairings and the choice of the most appropriate service style.
