I was born in Modena, in the area with the strongest culinary tradition in Italy. Growing up with a big passion for top quality tradional products.
I started in the restaurant industry working for 5 years in a restaurant specialized in weddings, religious celebrations, graduation parties, company dinners with a capacity of up to 300 guests. Then I decided to make a change in my life, traveling for a long time in Southeast Asia where I opened up my mindset. So I felt the need to grow and get involved. I left for Iceland where for 3 seasons I managed the kitchen of a guesthouse. Then I left for Australia where I worked as a chef in the kitchen of a catamaran where dinner took place every evening sailing along the coast.
