My name is Alessia Montini, and I am a Luxury Private Chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary world.
My journey began in childhood, in my grandmother Carla’s kitchen, where I learned that food is first and foremost an act of care, presence, and love. That foundation continues to guide everything I create.
I started my professional career in Venice, where my interest in health, nutrition, and conscious cooking took shape and deepened over the years. Traveling extensively across Europe, working in private villas, chalets, and yachts, I have allowed places, cultures, and people to naturally influence my cuisine. The Mediterranean heritage I grew up with is now enriched by global colors, techniques, and sensibilities.
My background in nutrition and holistic food systems has led me to work with wild plants, edible flowers, and seasonal ingredients, integrating approaches such as Ayurvedic-inspired cuisine, vegan and vegetarian menus, gluten-free, kosher-style, paleo, and keto—always tailored to the guest, never imposed.
I work as a Health Food Coach, creating balanced, elegant menus that respect both pleasure and well-being. Quality and seasonality are central to my philosophy, which is why I collaborate closely with small producers and farmers, sourcing ingredients directly and consciously.
Alongside my private chef work, I support green and regenerative projects in Italy and Sardinia, contributing to the creation of garden spaces and educational nutrition initiatives.
I am available for private culinary experiences including brunches, lunches, dinners with curated wine pairings, barbecues, onboard chef services, cooking classes, vineyard sunrise tastings, pizza experiences (with wood-fired oven), and private events with selected collaborators.
This is not just what I do — it is who I am.
