My name is Chef Alessio Pierini, founder of Wild Taste Outdoor Experience.
For over 20 years, I have been creating bespoke culinary experiences for guests seeking authentic, memorable, and highly personalized moments during their stay in Italy.
Based in Umbria and available throughout Tuscany, Marche, and selected destinations across Italy, I specialize in private dining experiences, intimate candlelight dinners, countryside food experiences, proposal dinners, cooking classes, and tailor-made gastronomic events hosted in private villas, historic residences, and exclusive locations.
