I’m a Rome-based chef with a strong culinary background and hands-on experience in both fine dining and private settings. After completing my training at the Italian Chef Academy and the Food Genius Academy, I had the opportunity to work under two incredible mentors: Giancarlo Perbellini at Trussardi alla Scala in Milan and Massimo Bottura at the iconic Osteria Francescana in Modena. These experiences allowed me to refine my skills in both modern and traditional Italian cooking.

Back in Rome, I worked as chef de partie at Soho House, focusing on appetizers and first courses, and I now work as a private chef. I take care of everything — from designing personalized menus to sourcing ingredients and preparing and serving the meal at the client’s home. My style combines precision, creativity, and a modern approach, always tailored to the needs of my guests.
