My culinary approach is rooted in simplicity, balance, and nourishment. I specialize in creating dishes that support gut and brain health, using fresh, unprocessed ingredients, naturally low in sugar and rich in fibre and lean proteins. I am experienced in preparing meals for both principals and staff, always maintaining a high standard of freshness, flavor, and nutritional value — whether plating for an individual or serving wholesome family-style lunches.

Originally from Italy, I was raised in a culture where food is both healing and expressive. I bring that sensibility to every kitchen I work in. My cooking reflects care, precision, and respect for ingredients. Homemade bread, herbal teas, plant-based alternatives, and gently cooked vegetables are staples in my everyday menus. I am comfortable working in smaller, well-equipped kitchens, and I personally enjoy the provisioning process — selecting the best local ingredients is part of my routine.

I have experience as a private chef both ashore and onboard yachts, and I understand the discretion, reliability, and high standards required in private households. I am professional, well-presented, and client-focused, and I value long-term collaborations built on trust and consistency.

Currently based close to Monaco, I am available to start with flexibility and would be happy to undergo a handover with the current chef to ensure a smooth transition. I am also open to continued training and cooking classes, which align perfectly with my mindset of constant growth.
