Chef Cinzia Malgeri

After completing my studies, I traveled the world working first as a touristic assistant and later as a holiday resort manager. Part of my responsibilities included supervising the kitchens of the countries where I worked—Tunisia, Egypt, Spain, Madagascar, Kenya, Austria, France, Switzerland, Slovenia, and Greece.

Living in these places sparked a deep interest in their culinary traditions, and thanks to this international experience, I began creating unique and inspiring dishes that I now share with my clients.

In recent years, I have chosen to devote myself fully to Italian cooking classes and to working as a personal chef in Tuscany, where I continue to combine authenticity, creativity, and the flavors that shaped my life.
