For 10 years, I owned and managed my restaurant, La Gallina col Cuore di Pane, where I welcomed guests and shared my passion for good food. Today, through Da Claudia Sofia, I bring that experience into private homes, creating personalized dining experiences. I believe every guest deserves to feel special, and every meal should leave a beautiful memory.
