I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience and formal culinary training in Madrid. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of important culinary destinations, including Ibiza, Copenhagen, Colombia, and Italy, experiences that have deeply shaped my technique and creative vision.
I am a chef who is constantly seeking to grow, learn, and express what I carry in my heart through food. I believe cooking is both a science and an art, and when these two elements come together, something truly magical can happen.
My goal is to surprise and delight people with thoughtfully crafted dishes that combine technique, emotion, and flavor, creating dining experiences that feel inspiring, memorable, and full of soul.
