I am passionate about cooking, and I always try to improve myself to find new challenges.
I am 30 years old, I have been working in starred restaurants for 13 years, my experience has been in French cuisine as I have spent a lot of time working in Paris at Taillevent, Pavillon Ledoyen and le Clarance.
For about 3 years now I have been the chef of a hotel in Piedmont, exactly in Alba in the province of Cuneo, where I have been able to express my knowledge and improve day by day and create my own identity, a mix of French cuisine but Nordic contamination.
