I am a professional chef with more than 11 years of experience in the gastronomic field, I love and live for cooking, a lover of seafood, I cook to delight your palate, cooking represents my way of life.I studied at the Politecnico International gastronomy school and at the Sena school, I worked in different renowned restaurants in the city of Cartagena ,such as di' Silvio trattoria, san Nicolas, hotel Melia, hotel Cristal Blue baru , restaurante mitú en Milán Italia among others
