My career includes three years in Paris, where I honed my skills in the art of pizza under the guidance of a world champion pizzaiolo. I later played a key role in launching a restaurant on the Atlantic coast—an experience that further deepened my professional expertise.
Based in Umbria, I now offer exclusive private chef services for lunches, dinners, and bespoke events, tailored to each client’s unique tastes and occasions.
