I am an outgoing and eclectic chef, driven by curiosity and a constant desire to explore new combinations of flavors and techniques. While I enjoy experimenting and pushing creative boundaries, I remain deeply connected to my Neapolitan roots, which continue to shape my culinary identity and respect for tradition.
My journey has taken me across Europe, where I have worked in the kitchens of prestigious restaurants and luxury establishments. Among the most significant milestones in my career are my experience at Maxi, the restaurant of the five-star luxury hotel Capo La Gala on the coast, awarded 1 Michelin Star; at Shoreditch House in London; and in Paris at Joël Robuchon’s Atelier, honored with 2 Michelin Stars. These environments demanded precision, discipline, and excellence, and they profoundly influenced my approach to fine dining.
Today, my cuisine reflects this blend of heritage and international experience. It is vibrant yet refined, rooted in Italian tradition yet open to global inspiration. Each dish is crafted with care, creativity, and a deep respect for high-quality ingredients, aiming to offer an experience that is both memorable and authentic.
