I'm Francesco in art Chef Pepe

Born in Venice in '88, at the age of 15 I attended few years in I.P.S.A.R Massimo Ablerini cooking school in Treviso when soon I found a job in a small and renowned restaurant and in my hometown.

From then I prove my self in several positions, from ice cream maker to bartending, affining my knowledge in prepare, serve and cook.

when I had the chance I fly away to see the world and explore different reality and culture

Fascinated by Venice and Italy, their long history and culture I came back and move to Venice in 2014.

Now, through my kitchen, I try to rediscover the flavors and traditions of the past with some personal touch using always seasonal, fresh and often local product

in 2017 I found in Private Cooking Activity the chance to create my own business, improve more my knowledge and creating a network of local farm for use the best ingredient for my dish and support local and sustainable producer

I winter time I work as carpenter to improve my knowledge on wood techniques
