Born in the peaceful hills of Tuscany, where authentic flavors meet breathtaking landscapes, Chef Graziella has been sharing her passion for traditional cuisine since 2008.

She holds a degree in Herbal Science and brings a deep respect for nature into everything she cooks. Inspired by her grandmother and mother, she learned the secrets of Tuscan home cooking—old recipes passed down with love and the desire to preserve authentic traditions.

Over the years, her passion has led her to attend professional culinary and mise en place courses, refining her ability to coordinate each event with care and elegance. She believes that food is more than a meal—it is a way to connect, to celebrate, and to share a piece of Tuscany with every guest.

Chef Graziella also carries a warm and generous spirit into her personal life. She is a devoted mother to a beautiful baby girl and a passionate animal lover, caring for seven rescued dogs.

Using the finest local ingredients—extra virgin olive oil, artisan cheeses, handmade pasta, and bread baked in wood-fired ovens—she creates experiences that blend simplicity, flavor, and heart. Paired with wonderful Tuscan wines, her dinners are a true journey through the tastes and traditions of her beloved land.

The Chef and her team communicated with us regularly, asked us when we wanted to eat during our 4 course meal, arrived exactly as promised, cooked a fantastic meal from scratch right in our kitchen. They served our group of 15 kindly, professionally and described every step to us. They also made our kitchen clean and spotless. The entire experience was wonderful and really made our wedding day the best !!!!

Graziella and Ivana were great! The table settings, food, and wine were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend for a delicious and authentic meal! Both women were not only excellent in their craft, but warm and kind as well.

We had the most magical meal. All fresh ingredients, delicious food that was made with love. Couldn’t have been any happier with our experience!! Well done!! Bravo!!!

As a group of 9 on holiday in a villa in Italy we booked Graziella and her team to provide a 4 course meal and it was fantastic. We had pre-agreed the menu and each dish was excellent with great presentation. Other touches such as the table dressing and the little extras made it a great experience. Would strongly recommend Graziella to anyone looking for a chef.

Chef Graziella was an excellent choice for a special anniversary dinner at our villa in Tuscany. Chef was able to provide beautiful Tuscan wines paired with each course which we were enjoyed by all. I wish we could say there was a lot of leftovers but we ended up eating almost everything that had been prepared! I highly recommend the ravioli as I had never had ravioli which tasted so smooth before. The communication beforehand was excellent as well and all of our expectations were exceeded. It was truly an evening to remember. Chef was kind enough to provide us with a booklet of recipes from her cooking classes as well so we can attempt to create the dishes ourselves. Overall a very special experience.

Graziela and her staff were great! They showed up on time and proactively took over our kitchen, locating all the dishes, pots, silverware, etc. The smells from the kitchen were incredible. Dinner was served on time and every single course tasted like a high end home cooked dish. Graziela was also very kind and friendly and made our experience one of our favorite nights in Italy. I highly recommend her and her staff

Un grand merci à Laurent pour le déjeuner, tout était absolument délicieux. Des produits de qualité, une cuisine pleine de goût, sans chichi mais super raffinée. Tout le monde s’est régalé du début à la fin. Un vrai bonheur d’avoir un chef aussi pro, sympa et discret à la maison. À refaire les yeux fermés!

My sister’s engagement dinner was a treasured experience that we will remember for years to come.

I had the absolute best experience with Graziella and her lovely team. We requested this experience for the dinner for our wedding night. We wanted it to be intimate and special and she beyond delivered. I came home and the table was set so lovely and I could smell the delicious dinner they were preparing from the moment I walked in. Hands down one of the best meals I had during my time in Florence - will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know and hope to see her again!
