Born in the peaceful hills of Tuscany, where authentic flavors meet breathtaking landscapes, Chef Graziella has been sharing her passion for traditional cuisine since 2008.
She holds a degree in Herbal Science and brings a deep respect for nature into everything she cooks. Inspired by her grandmother and mother, she learned the secrets of Tuscan home cooking—old recipes passed down with love and the desire to preserve authentic traditions.
Over the years, her passion has led her to attend professional culinary and mise en place courses, refining her ability to coordinate each event with care and elegance. She believes that food is more than a meal—it is a way to connect, to celebrate, and to share a piece of Tuscany with every guest.
Chef Graziella also carries a warm and generous spirit into her personal life. She is a devoted mother to a beautiful baby girl and a passionate animal lover, caring for seven rescued dogs.
Using the finest local ingredients—extra virgin olive oil, artisan cheeses, handmade pasta, and bread baked in wood-fired ovens—she creates experiences that blend simplicity, flavor, and heart. Paired with wonderful Tuscan wines, her dinners are a true journey through the tastes and traditions of her beloved land.
