My cuisine is rooted in authentic Italian traditions, inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle and enriched by years of experience in Italy, Spain and Asia.I specialize in private villa dining, family vacations, celebrations and multi-day stays, offering menus that combine fresh seasonal ingredients, local seafood, handmade pasta and regional specialties with elegant yet relaxed hospitality.
