Think like a chef, cook like a grandma.
I'm not define myself as a chef but more like a guy falled in love with this job and and everything related to it. I like to travel and learn about the culture and cuisine of the place, in order to pass it on in what I do. Throughout my academic background and several years of work experience, I had the opportunity to grow up professionally from every point of view. Working in different places ,from basics restaurants to fine dining, I gained knowledge and experience in various kind of kitchen such as , Mediterranean, Asian cuisine,Tex-mex and Italian of course.
The satisfaction of the guest is my personal happiness.
