I arranged for a birthday dinner for my wife for 7 of us at our villa in Rapallo. Chef Nicholas provided a proposal that exactly fit what we wanted - a classic Italian meal with 3 starters, a primi course (gnocchi), a secondi course (chicken parmigiana) and a dessert (tiramisu). There were several options available for each course and it was difficult to make the final selection! Chef Nicholas was responsive and helpful in all my communication with him. He came with an assistant and took care of everything for the meal - food of course, setting the table, and cleaning everything up after. The food was delicious!!! One item to note is that he did require a parking spot near the villa which we were able to work out.

Nicolas and Andrea were charming and attentive. They arrived on time and were completely prepared. The food was amazing. It was the perfect highlight for our visit to Santa Margherita!!

Nicolas was very professional and did an excellent job in every aspect, the food was delicious, we just had to sit at the table and enjoy a magical culinary evening!

Very good communication, preparation and getting everything as we wished. Nicolas and Andrea were very professional and quick in preparing food. Very nice presentation. Food was good in taste, perhaps the chicken cutlets too greasy/heavy for our taste. Would recommend Nicolas!

Chef Giovanni was very accommodating of our requests, prepared an excellent menu for both meat and vegetarian needs and was extremely responsive. Upon arrival to our villa- an unexpected power outage meant he could not use the oven and immediately problem solved to save the meal By using a gas grill and cooking by candlelight.

Chef Nicolas was AMAZING!!! His menu was exactly what we wanted for our wedding and all of our guests enjoyed the delicious dishes. Professional and hospitable, he talked to our guests who were intrigued with how he made the wonderful food, making sure everyone was happy, and more. We HIGHLY recommend Chef Nicolas to anyone looking for an in house meal. Every bite was savory and beyond our expectations. Thank you Chef!

Una experiencia diferente, disfrutamos mucho durante la cena. Se notaba que el chef tenía mucha experiencia, tanto en la parte gastronómica como en el servicio. Encantados, la verdad. A ver si tenemos otra ocasión para repetir.

Todo bien. Calidad gastronómica alta y servicio impecable. A ver cuando tenemos otra ocasión para repetir la experiencia, pero sin duda sencillo y cómoda para reuniones entre amigos donde cocinar es siempre un problema. Y además, pruebas cosas diferentes.

Una experiencia altamente recomendable. La limpieza, la calidad de la comida, la seriedad y sobretodo el trato con el cocinero fueron excepcionales. Se nota que el cocinero disfruta haciendo su trabajo y eso se contagia en el ambiente. Sin duda alguna nos gustaría repetir la experiencia y no nos importaría repetir con el cocinero
