We are a couple of dynamic and professional chefs who love challenges.
We started in 2016 with a catering service until we got to specialise in personal chefs and luxury experiences in exclusive locations .
We love the traditional cuisine of our land squeezed between mountains and sea. The search for raw materials and the seasonality of the products are one of our strengths. We like to contaminate the traditional dishes with new ideas. We love organising dinners and events with particular attention to the useing up and the mise en place.

I've been following my father to the kitchen since I was a child. Cookbooks my favourites. A great friend, a catering owner, taught me a lot.
