I am a Sicilian chef who blends international fine-dining experience with Mediterranean tradition, telling my journey through creative cuisine.

Originally from Messina, he trained professionally at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Perugia. From there, his journey in haute cuisine began, leading him to gain experience in Michelin-starred restaurants across different parts of the world.

Among the most significant stages of his career are Milan, Paris, Salina, and Panarea. In 2019, he reached the final of the prestigious Cous Cous Fest, also winning the “Most Voted by the Web” award with over 2,000 votes. This recognition brought him national visibility, including appearances on television channels such as Rai 3 and Italia 1.

In 2024, he reached the semifinals of the Sicily Young Chef competition, organized by All Food Sicily. After years of travel and training, in 2020 he decided to settle in Taormina, where he took over as head chef at the Teatro 44 restaurant. Here, through his dishes, he expresses a synthesis of the experiences he has lived and the cultures he has encountered along his journey.
