An Indian cook and cultural storyteller bringing the flavours, traditions and warmth of India to the table.
I was born and raised in Ghaziabad, India, and today I live in Italy. My relationship with food comes from home, family and the culture I grew up with rather than from a professional culinary school. For me, Indian food is much more than a collection of recipes. Every dish carries a story, a memory and a piece of the place it comes from.
Over the years, I have turned this passion into experiences, cooking for private gatherings, cultural events and larger celebrations in Italy. Through Little India, the cultural association I founded, I also use food as a way of bringing people closer to Indian culture.
My cooking is rooted in authentic Indian home-style food: dals, curries, vegetables, rice, breads, chai, street-food-inspired dishes and the flavours I grew up eating. At the same time, living in Italy has taught me the importance of ingredients, simplicity and the pleasure of sharing a long meal around a table.
When I cook for someone, my goal is not simply to serve dinner. I want them to experience a little journey through India, through its aromas, spices, stories and hospitality.
