Born and raised in Holland and my roots lie in Morocco. I am a chef with passion for food. I like to cook fusion. My background is arabic and french cuisine. I am very creative and like to surprise people with my dishes full of exciting flavours and a combination of cultures. I am very accurate, flexibel, down to earth with humor.
