Since I was little, the kitchen has always been my refuge, the place where I discovered that simple ingredients can become something extraordinary.
Between fragances, flavors, and countless experiments (some more successful than others ????), I found my passion for creating experiences through food.
Now, as a Haute Cuisine student at IGA in Copacabana, I’ve decided to turn that love into my profession. It was through my instructor that I discovered Take a Chef and I saw the perfect opportunity to take the next step toward my dream: becoming a Personal Chef who brings emotion to every dish.
For me, cooking goes far beyond feeding it’s about connecting people, creating memories, and translating feelings into flavor.
Every dish I prepare carries technique, emotion, and a touch of warmth designed to surprise, delight, and linger in memory.
