I have been working with gastronomy for 8+ years and I've already visited 23 countries searching for new references, flavors, cultures and trends. Always bringing the best of international culinary for my jobs.
I work as a chef and also in the elaboration of menus and consultancy for restaurants and cafes. I have my own cooking school in Brazil, where I teach cooking classes and do private chef for small groups.
