Chef Jhade Gloria

All I can say is WOW! Our group was excited to invite private chefs to our Airbnb and experience the tastes of Brazil in an intimate setting. Chef Jhade and Chef Gloria did not disappoint. They exceeded our expectations! Of the three options offered through Take a Chef, we chose the gourmet experience, and we are so glad we did. From the very beginning, their proposal stood out. They sent a detailed and personable message that made us feel like they genuinely wanted to create a special experience for our group. Throughout the entire process, they maintained open communication and were incredibly accommodating, even adjusting the menu to make sure everyone’s tastes and preferences were considered. Each course was better than the last, and every person in our group thoroughly enjoyed the meal. But what made the experience even more special was the connection we made with Chef Jhade and Chef Gloria. They welcomed us to take photos of the process, shared music recommendations, told us stories about the dishes they prepared, and were so friendly and personable that, for a few hours, it genuinely felt like they were part of our group. Even after preparing an incredible meal and cleaning everything up, they stayed to continue chatting with us. They even helped us put together ideas for our itinerary for the remainder of our stay in Brazil. That level of warmth and hospitality made the experience feel like so much more than simply hiring private chefs; it felt like we were welcomed into an experience. This was my first time using a private chef service, and it was truly memorable. I’m so grateful that we decided to go with Chef Jhade and Chef Gloria. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone visiting Brazil, whether it’s their first trip or they visit regularly. Jhade and Gloria are top-notch from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope they continue to grow and flourish in their future endeavors. They were absolutely amazing! Honestly, they receive the highest honors in my book. This was my first experience with a private chef, and if I ever do it again, my next chefs will have some very big shoes to fill!

We had such an amazing experience with Chef Jhade and Chef Gloria during our trip to Brazil! From beginning to end, they were absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and easily one of the highlights of our trip. Beyond the food, they were both so warm, welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made us feel completely comfortable and allowed us to simply relax, enjoy ourselves, and enjoy an incredible meal together. You can truly tell how much love and care they put into what they do. Having Chef Jhade and Chef Gloria cook for us made our time in Brazil even more special and memorable. We’re so happy we booked this experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a private chef while visiting Brazil. Chef Jhade went so far above and beyond for the small dinner she catered for us. It was a celebration of life for a dear friend, and the food was filled with love. Veg and non-veg options were delicious, every bite was pure delight. She found us a bartender who was perfect and cleaned up immaculately. It was seamless and easy, but most importantly we all felt so held by the care of the chef and team at a dinner that we wanted to be a lifetime memory. It was. I hope to hire her again.

I don't even know where to start, Jhade and Gloria, both did such an astounding job with every part of this experience. I honestly would request them every time I, or someone I even heard about, was going to Rio. First off there was never a moment that they were not able to work within my schedule of exploring Rio, nor was there ever a moment I came back to my place and it was not pristine! Very trust worthy and dependable individuals, with great respect for me, and for what they wanted to show for themselves. Now for the part everyone really wants to know, the food, was PHENOMENAL! From being served as a 3 course meal, each meal, to how well it was put together and displayed. Some times I had to ask if things were edible because of how well it was displayed. Allowing both Jhade and Gloria to really free their artistic minds and open their skills, based on what preferences I requested, was truly amazing. I definitely wish for multiple days that I video recorded them preparing dishes because I would love to have them back at home with me. Lastly, I will say for someone that regularly eats a large amount of food in one sitting, this not only helped me save money on food but was definitely the best way to explore a countries foods without the hassle of not knowing and not being able to adjust menu items at restaurants. So again, 10/10, 5 stars, every highest honor to Jhade and Gloria for all they did.

We booked Gloria Yasmin to cook for our family during a week-long stay, and she prepared seven meals for us throughout the week. Without a doubt, it was one of the highlights of our entire family trip. She is an incredible chef. Every meal was outstanding, from the quality of the ingredients and the preparation to the beautiful presentation and attention to detail. Everything was truly top-notch. What made the experience even more special was that you could genuinely feel that she cooks with love. You could see it and taste it in every dish. It is rare to meet someone who is so passionate about what they do and also so exceptionally good at it, but that is exactly who Gloria Yasmin is. We looked forward to every meal, and honestly, it was hard to leave because we knew we would miss her cooking. We could not recommend her more highly.

Chef Jhade was nothing short of awesome! Her communication was great leading up to the meal, very warm personality, and the food was incredible. I would definitely recommend her and plan to use her again if I am back in Rio! 6 out of 5 stars.

Jhade was incredible in every way. From the flexibility in choosing the best dish options to suit me, to the amazing talent in preparing a delicious main course, a risotto with mignon that was certainly the highlight of the night, and an unbelievable crumble for dessert. And of course, your sympathy in explaining the dishes and ingredients made the whole experience even better. So, I highly recommend Gloria if you want to have a great and delicious dinner.
