From a young age, I knew my path would be connected to gastronomy and hospitality. I started my own brand as a Pastry Chef, taking orders in my hometown and developing a deep love for precision, flavor, and creativity. Driven by a constant desire to learn more, I decided to refine my skills at Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro, where I immersed myself in French culinary techniques. That experience transformed my perspective and opened important doors in my career.
I later became the Executive Chef of a large catering company in my hometown, leading menus and events for up to 200 guests. Today, I’m pursuing a solo career as a chef, continually pushing my limits, exploring new ideas, and refining my craft to deliver work that is thoughtful, professional, and full of personality.
