Chef Thiago possui uma sólida trajetória no mundo da gastronomia, com mais de 15 anos de experiência dedicados à arte de cozinhar. O amor que sente pela cozinha se reflete claramente em cada prato que prepara, sempre buscando equilibrar sabor, técnica e criatividade.
Sua cozinha é marcada pela diversidade de influências, com especial afinidade pela culinária brasileira, pela clássica europeia, pela mediterrânea e pelas cozinhas asiáticas. Gaúcho de nascimento e com alma carioca, Thiago também tem uma grande paixão pelo churrasco e domina com maestria o preparo de carnes, legumes e frutos do mar, trabalhando com ingredientes frescos grelhados diretamente no fogo e finalizados com técnicas modernas de cozinha contemporânea e molecular.
Aos 22 anos, mudou-se para os Estados Unidos, onde teve a oportunidade de se formar em Artes Culinárias e Empreendedorismo em San Diego, na Califórnia. Posteriormente, também se formou em Gastronomia pela IBMR no Rio de Janeiro. Ao longo de sua carreira, trabalhou em diversos restaurantes nos Estados Unidos, no sul do Brasil e no Rio de Janeiro, acumulando experiência e ampliando seu repertório culinário.
Sua proposta gastronômica é marcada pela chamada fusion cuisine, uma combinação criativa de técnicas e receitas de diferentes culturas, incluindo a riqueza da cozinha brasileira. Para Thiago, cozinhar é uma experiência sensorial completa. Como ele mesmo diz: “Meu segredo na cozinha é controlar bem o fogo, equilibrar sabores e texturas e surpreender todos os sentidos.”
Pessoa comunicativa e bem-humorada, Thiago aprecia o contato direto com as pessoas, seja na cozinha ou no salão, sempre valorizando uma boa conversa e a troca de experiências. Com o tempo, decidiu deixar o ritmo intenso das grandes cozinhas para dedicar-se aos eventos gastronômicos e ao trabalho como private chef.
Hoje atua na cidade do Rio de Janeiro oferecendo experiências exclusivas de alta gastronomia por meio de serviços de catering e chef privado. Desde jantares íntimos para duas pessoas até eventos maiores, Chef Thiago cria menus personalizados e executa cada detalhe com profissionalismo e elegância. Cozinhando diretamente no espaço do cliente, ele conecta-se com os anfitriões e convidados através de pratos cuidadosamente elaborados com ingredientes frescos, orgânicos e de alta qualidade, selecionados com atenção para garantir que cada evento se transforme em uma experiência gastronômica inesquecível.
