I am very creative and I like to surprise my clients with my creations.
I'm a Spanish chef with 12 years of experience, even though I'm only 34 years old. I love cooking and I love doing it for others. I love that moment when someone tries something I've made and loves it. My recipes originate in Spain. Personally, I'm a kind person, and I enjoy spending time with a good meal or a good wine. I'd love to bring my country's cuisine to Sweden and have people experience those flavors.
I've worked with the best chefs in my city and country, and I want to bring all of this back to Sweden. It's a country I love. Its culture, its people, its landscapes. I want to spend a lot of time here.
