I am a young chef with a desire to grow and express myself, after my studies I began my career in various high-level restaurants in Italy, including the "Arnolfo" restaurant (2*Micheline), "Enoteca Pinchiorri"(3*Micheline).

Then he moved on to work in Spain in the restaurant "Azurmendi" (3*Micheline), "Garena" (1*Micheline)

Then I had an experience in France, Toulouse, at the restaurant "Michel Sarran" (1*Micheline)

And my last experience was being a chef de cuisine at the restaurant "Txispa" (1*Micheline) in Bilbao, (Japanese Basque cuisine)

Gabriele provided us with a an outstanding experience. Communication beforehand was great! Gabriele was really nice, very professional, explained every dish, was on time, and did an amazing job in the kitchen with cooking and cleaning . It was great to also talk a bit to him and learn more about his gastronomic experience. We can highly recommend him for a nice evening and giving it a special twist!

We booked Gabriela for the Bachelorette party of my sisters and had the best experience ever. The communication upfront was very fast and easy. He accompanied to any wishes that we had. He is very friendly and engaged with the guests, it was a pleasure having him around. While he did his cooking, he was barely noticeable, not interrupting any of our activities or conversations. Coming to the highlight of the evening: the food. We enjoyed every single course. Everything was thought through and presented nicely. All in all we had a great experience and it’s Gabriele and would definitely recommend him.
