With over 15 years of experience, from the humblest kitchens to 3 Michelin stars, I now offer my clients everything I've learned along the way. No culinary technique or theme is beyond me, whether it’s Italian, Spanish, Peruvian, Japanese, or creative cuisine. If I don’t know it, I will learn!

Isaac was brilliant, very polite and all the food was perfect. Hardly knew he was in the house.

Chef Issac really delivered a fantastic evening. From start to finish! So happy everything turned out just as good we hoped it would. Highly recommend this type of set up and also Isaac as a person. Very friendly and professional. All the best from us all at Marina del Sol.

Isaac is a very polite and professional chef. He sticks to agreements, is flexible, and prepared everything so well that he created a fantastic dinner even with a limited kitchen. Communication was fast and professional. We’re very satisfied and highly recommend him.

We were a party of 8 and requested Isaac for breakfast and lunch for 6 days for our Villa in del duque area He was incredibly punctual and very discreet He provided fantastic spreads of food using quality local ingredients, cooked to a very high level He mixed things up for us on a daily basis to avoid repetition of foods He is an excellent chef, the food was delicious and every day it was a different style We cannot rate Isaac highly enough. The value for money was extremely good and we we’re very sad that it came to an end Please don’t think twice about booking Isaac you will not be disappointed

We had an amazing dinner made by Isaac! The food was incredible and service as well.

We were a group of fourteen adults visiting Tenerife to hike and explore the island. At our request, Isaac came to cook for us on two evenings, each devoted to a different theme: a menu of Canarian specialties, and a Spanish menu. Each menu featured three appetizers, a main course, and a dessert—all for a very reasonable price, around €15 per person per meal. Isaac is an exceptional chef: always smiling, pleasant, discreet, and highly professional. Communication while planning the menus in advance was incredibly smooth. He could just as easily have prepared international or Japanese cuisine or other, but we chose to focus on local Spanish flavours. Always punctual, Isaac arrives about an hour and a half before serving the meal to prepare everything. We can only recommend him warmly: after a long day of hiking, it is truly a luxury to simply sit down and enjoy his delicious dishes.

Chef Isaac was everything we hoped for. After a long day of bike touring our group of 12 wanted nothing more than to chill and be served a delicious meal. Isaac did not disappoint. He was very personable, extremely professional and the meal was perfect. Tapas, paella and dessert prepared to perfection and delivered beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Isaac and my entire group would agree.

Our Chef Isaac was incredible from start to finish, from the day I requested a menu, his communication and attention to detail was excellent. He even supported us with sourcing a mixologist for our event. On the day of the event he was professional, friendly and created a relaxed atmosphere with delicious beautifully presented food. Das Menü von Isaac hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation lief immer bestens und er ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Am Tag des Essens war Isaac pünktlich bei unserem Airbnb und hat auch den Tisch für uns eingedeckt. Das Essen war super lecker und er hat uns bei jedem Gang erklärt, was wir auf unserem Teller haben und wie er es zubereitet hat. Er hat uns auch einige Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt können wir Isaac als Koch nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! :)

Chef Isaac was very nice and patient with us (we had small children that affected the time of dinner). The food was excellent and he made the table very nice. Todo muy bien y muy fácil desde el primer momento

Firstly the process of booking and finalising the menu was a very easy and straightforward process especially when booking from a diffenrent country. Issac was very professional, organised and made the bday celebration perfect. The food was abundant and tasted great,he presented and explained each dish very well.
