Hello! I’m Joel García, executive chef and founder of Gastrolocura.

This project was born from my passion for creating emotions through flavor and presentation, built on more than 13 years of experience in the world of fine dining: from high-demand restaurants and large-scale events to exclusive private experiences.

My specialty is author’s cuisine with Mediterranean, Catalan, and Spanish roots, blending contemporary techniques with seasonal products to deliver an elegant, surprising, and fully personalized proposal.

We are now taking a step further: expanding into Switzerland, bringing the essence of Catalan and Spanish haute cuisine to private dinners, corporate events, and exclusive celebrations in Zurich and beyond.

My goal is to transform any space into an ephemeral restaurant, where you and your guests feel cared for from the very first bite, enjoying an unforgettable experience that combines tradition, creativity, and culinary excellence.
