I have over 14 years experience working all over the world. I featured on Channel 4 UK in my restaurant Joffrey's in La Cala. I am a young dynamic chef who has worked in Michelin star restaurants. I have cooked for Prince Charles, Kate Moss and Madonna to name a few.

I started my career in France but I have worked in London, Dublin, and Corsica. I speak native French, fluent English and intermediate Spanish.

My father was a chef in Normandy, France. I also have a Masters in Hospitality. I started as a kitchen porter and worked my way up the ladder.

Nous avons sélectionné le chef Joffrey Charles pour deux dîners, dont un du nouvel an. La prestation était vraiment excellente. Nous avions convenu du menu à l'avance avec le Chef qui a de très bonnes idées et qui a su s'adapter à nos différentese envies et/ou contraintes alimentaires (nous étions 6). Le contact avec le Chef était également très bien. Le repas était vraiment excellent, nous étions tous unanimes là-dessus. Si je devais mentionner un point d'attention, c'est l'état de la cuisine après le départ du Chef, qui était bien rangée mais pas forcément très propre (notamment le sol qui collait et les poubelles qui n'avaient pas été sorties). Cela n'entâche en aucun cas l'expérience que nous avons vécu, je recommande ce Chef les yeux fermés et je referai appel à lui à l'avenir si je reviens à Marbella. Merci encore Chef!
