Arquitecta de formación, cocinera por vocación.
I am an architect, but I ended up in the kitchen, cooking in restaurants in New York and later in Barcelona. My cooking is inspired by the places I call home: the Galician produce I was raised on, the Mediterranean balance I grew up with, and the Middle Eastern flavours I was adopted into: spices, herbs, slow-cooked dishes and plates to share. As a professionally trained pastry chef, desserts are my speciality, so expect the meal to end on a high note ;) I don't stick to one style; I design each menu around you and your guests. I'll take care of everything, from the shopping to leaving your kitchen clean.
