I'm a simple person who found their calling in making people happy through food.
I have been a chef for 7 years, graduated from IAG (International Argentinian Gastronomy). I am Argentine and have been dedicated to traveling for 10 years. My passion for tasting and learning about the foods of the different countries I have visited has given me many tools to develop my style, incorporating techniques and dishes from both sophisticated restaurants and local street food establishments
